Let Beth Help You
Reach the Next Level

I am a tenacious, results-oriented, fervent encourager and inspirer of people. A former twenty-five year corporate consultant with a strong track record of change leadership and organizational performance in industry-agnostic businesses of all shapes and sizes, I help restructure foundations and perspectives starting with YOU, the individual. I champion best practice execution by leading a culture of authenticity, focus, transparency, accountability and transformational improvement.

BOOK A CONSULTATION

I work with Clients Who:

  • Are strong-willed, intellectual go-getters who highly value emotional intelligence & want a structured and actionable approach to the work they’re doing

  • Are women, mid-20s to mid-50s, dealing with a big life shift—either on the cusp of one, in the middle of processing one, or just on the tail end of one asking what’s next

  • Women who are not looking to be coddled, but actively want to do the work to get to where they want to go

  • Are misunderstood in the workplace

  • Women who have been told they are “too much”

  • Are ultimately, high-achieving women who want a collaborative network of likeminded female mentors…since they don’t always have that kind of support in their day-to-day lives and relationships

Coaching
Philosophy

Here is where I am supposed to tell you my “coaching philosophy.” But when things are expected of me, I bristle. I am a firm believer that while guidelines in life and business are essential, what is even more paramount to success is understanding when to USE YOUR VOICE and advocate for yourself. I wish a strong woman mentor would have told me this earlier in life, as it would have prevented me from making so many poor decisions solely on the basis of what was expected. What was acceptable. What was deemed “proper” etiquette, both in the workplace and in personal relationships.
After 50+ years on this planet—38 of which have been in the workforce—I have finally figured out that the voice I had when I was young is still the voice I have today: the one asking why and who and is there a better way? Why is this the right way to do things, who decided it was, and can I do something to improve the process which ultimately transforms myself, the larger team, and the greater good?
So, my coaching philosophy is simply this: Where there is a will, there is always a way.
As two of my all-time favorite strong women said: “You must do the thing you think you cannot do” (Eleanor) and “When you learn, teach, when you get, give” (Maya).
I am here to help you achieve and receive all that you deserve.
